Based in Reno, Nevada, USA, Executive Agility was founded by Deb Banning, an accomplished international CEO (14 years as a CEO), registered Company Board Director (17 years on Boards, GAICD), with deep technical expertise in the mining & resources sectors.
Deb specializes in capital markets execution, acting as the lead quarterback for issuers navigating SEC / CSA Listing Readiness. While rooted in the complex technical disclosure requirements of the resource industry (JORC; SK-1300; NI 43101), she provides execution-focused oversight for public company boards across all sectors - specializing in those requiring rigorous audit readiness, governance benchmarking & independent director compliance.
Deb Banning personally leads Executive Agility's Board Composition & Skills Matrix Reviews; Independent Board Director Placements & Listing Readiness programs for U.S. & Canadian markets. With a special interest & deep expertise in cross-border listings & Foreign Private Issuers (FPIs), she ensures that international companies (& domestics) meet the stringent benchmarks required for successful entry into North American capital markets.
Deb created Executive Agility to provide growth-stage organizations with access to the same caliber of institutional-grade governance & capital markets strategy, once reserved for large listed enterprises.
